About Violet Paul Foundation
The Violet Paul Foundation is a community-led initiative dedicated to empowering refugees and displaced persons across Africa through art, empathy, and collective action. Founded by artist Aize Muhammed Paul in honor of his late parents, Violet and Paul, the foundation uses creativity as a tool for healing, expression, and social change.
We are artists, educators, and advocates—Africans helping Africans—using photography, storytelling, and visual arts as tools to restore dignity, amplify unheard voices, and spark lasting change. Through workshops, exhibitions, and collaborative projects, we foster spaces where children and young people can reclaim agency, build confidence, and dream beyond displacement.

The Violet Paul Foundation is a collaborative movement committed to restoring dignity and opportunity for displaced communities across Africa. Through focused fundraising and community-led action, we provide vital resources—food, shelter, healthcare, and education—to refugee and IDP camps in urgent need.
